MACHINE LEARNING DEVELOPER

Aspen Consulting Group (ACG) has an immediate full-time opening for a Machine Learning Developer to work onsite at a government facility in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.  

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in algorithm development, statistics, machine learning and deep learning techniques
  • Knowledge and experience with applying machine learning techniques to networking protocols and network traffic is a plus

EXPERIENCE WITH

  • Design, development and implementation of machine learning applications to solve real-world problems empirically
  • Machine learning methods such as Dimensionality Reduction, Ensemble
  • Learning, Instance Based Algorithm, Regression Analysis, and Classifiers
  • Unsupervised and/or supervised learning techniques such as Neural Networks, Bayesian Statistics, Cluster Analysis, Linear Classifiers, Decision Trees,and Anomaly Detection

PROGRAMMING SKILLS

  • Python and R preferred
  • Proficiency with C/C++ and Java desirable

TECHNICAL ILLUSTRATORS

Location: Lakewood, NJ area

Aspen Consulting Group is in search of Technical Illustrators to support a project in the Lakewood, NJ area.   These two (2) full-time positions will assist in developing a technical data package (TDP) and technical manuals (TMs) by developing engineering drawings used to wire a new Army helicopter.  Team collaboration will be essential in developing these wiring harness illustrations.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

CAD OPERATOR TECHNICIAN

  • One (1) year of formal training in CAD and one (1) year of CAD drafting experience are required.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Secret Clearance

SENIOR DRAFTSPERSON

  • Six (6) years of experience generating engineering drawings using CAD.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical drafting to prepare drawings of electrical circuits, machines parts, wiring diagrams and schematics; from interpreting draft layouts, sketches or other sources.
  • Experience in aircraft (rotary-wing preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Configuration Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • (4) years of progressively complex experience in computer simulation, client-server architectures (Oracle), advanced networking techniques and protocols, data bases (flat-file, relational, and object-oriented), high-order programming languages, and operating system (Windows 10).
  • (2) years of experience in design and development of advanced networking techniques and protocols, data base management systems, and programming in high order languages (C++, Java).
  • Bachelors degree (Engineering preferred)

Configuration Manager/Coordinator: (20 Yr. experience): The Configuration Management Coordinator is responsible for controlling product documentation processes to ensure the most recent approved documentation is available.  He/she is responsible for preparing high quality, detailed product documents to continually support production and engineering; to enter, coordinate, review and maintain engineering changes as well as to provide service to customers with regards to product documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure product documentation format is received prior to a first product run in the correct format and schedule. Documentation must be available to operations well in advance of the build.

  • Manage changes throughout the product life cycle to ensure that there is a robust audit trail between as designed and as manufactured engineering data.*

  • Lead the development and maintenance of engineering documents and document changes for new and existing products and other controlled documents.

  • Critically evaluate engineering change requests for impact and challenge requestors to demonstrate that changes are cost effective and beneficial.

  • Interact with various departments to improve document quality and usability.

  • Produce, update and distribute accurate product documents in a timely manner through the Engineering Change process.

  • Receive and enter data from source documents into CM tools for engineering configuration control.

  • Ensure prompt data entry and accurate file maintenance.

  • Compile and report statistics, measurements and records of completed work to management.

  • Select and maintain materials and supplies needed to complete work assignments accurately and promptly.

  • Responsible to manage deviation request.

  • Maintain and track the ECO (Engineering Change Order) process from start to completion.

  • Maintain productivity levels set by manager.

  • May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency or not related to this classification on occasion.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Twenty (20) years Document Control / Configuration Management experience preferred.

  • One (1) year prior electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
