The successful candidate will have design and development experience that will evolve into advanced technology solutions to allow support of development and architecture.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience with large system-of-system (SoS) integration
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / 20012 R2, Red Hat Linux 6 / 7 experience, VM Ware and ESXI experience
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A) components with Army Battle Command (ABC) systems and processes
  • Experience with scripting languages, including Bash, Python, Ruby, or PHP
  • Experience with Windows Power Shell or Pearl scripting
  • Ability to think critically and analytically in an enterprise and systems-of-systems environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrate the ability to merge software and systems integration and development to support the client and their future concept
  • Support the interoperability and integration of Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) with Army Battle Command (ABC) systems to maintain responsibility for the configuration and initial setup of DCGS-A, and other ABC systems.
  • Analyze and comprehend current system functional requirements to identify process and tool integration needs, system dependencies, integration points, system interfaces, and data flows.
  • Integrate COTS / GOTS applications and configure network and component configurations in support of software delivery to tactical units.

Software Engineer

  • Experience building intuitive user interfaces using user-centric design and human systems integration practices

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Meet with users and/or user representatives to translate general performance requirements into specific technical requirements
