About Aspen Consulting Group

Aspen Consulting Group (ACG) is a woman-owned New Jersey-based, small business incorporated in June 2001. The company was originally founded to provide on-site engineering services to clients at Fort Monmouth, NJ. With the relocation of Fort Monmouth to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD in 2011, the company has transitioned as well, and now has multiple locations in both New Jersey and Maryland.

Although the company remains small by design, the skill set of our team encompasses a wide range of technical disciplines. The combination of our small size, technical focus and extensive experience in design, development, fabrication and integration allows us to rapidly respond to our clients’ needs, particularly with respect to urgent QRC (Quick Reaction Capability) requirements from the field.

Aspen engineers average 25 years of experience in RDT&E, production and deployment of one of a kind, complex DoD ISR, avionics and information operations systems. Many members of our staff are Level III Certified in program management and systems planning, research, development and engineering. Our staff has conceived and executed technology development and programs for all the military services and eight government agencies.
